Return Policy

STORE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:
At KALAI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return products purchased in our physical stores within 7 days from the date of purchase. We believe this provides ample time for you to evaluate and ensure your satisfaction.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:
For products ordered from the KALAI online store (www.kalaifashion.com), we offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive the product. For example, if you received the product on 1st May, kindly return it to our warehouse by shipping before 7th May.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
You can return products for exchange, provided the products are returned in new and original condition. It must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging.

REFUND PRODUCTS:
Please note that all purchases made through our website are final. We do not offer refunds. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before completing a purchase.

EXCLUSIONS AND REGIONAL LIMITATIONS:
Products sold at markdown prices due to defects cannot be returned. Please note that only products purchased in Malaysia are eligible for returns.
